Fundació Antoni Tàpies: Entry Ticket

Discover the work of Antoni Tàpies, one of the most important Catalan artists of the 20th century and a leading figure of Informalism, with a visit to Fundació Antoni Tàpies in Barcelona.

Explore a collection of more than 350 original works that traces Tàpies’ artistic evolution and reveals his distinctive creative language, characterised by experimentation with materials, textures, symbols and different painting and sculptural techniques.

In addition to the collection dedicated to the artist, the foundation hosts temporary exhibitions of modern and contemporary art, making it an ideal place to discover different artists and creative perspectives.

The visit also offers the opportunity to explore an exceptional example of Catalan industrial Modernisme, the former headquarters of the Montaner i Simón publishing house designed by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Its historic library still preserves the original Modernist bookshelves.
